Shipping and Returns
We are pleased to offer complimentary delivery on orders equal to or greater than $100 going to the contiguous United States using Standard UPS Shipping.
- Orders placed by customers within the United States are being serviced via our fulfillment center in Georgia. We strive to process and ship your orders within 24 hours of order receipt. Please note:
-Orders placed before 2:00PM (EST) will normally be fulfilled & dispatched the morning of the next day, Monday to Friday. If you have an order that needs to be shipped on the same day, please contact customer service to assist you at 855-425-9811. They are available M-F 8AM – 5PM EST, SAT 12PM- 5PM EST.
-Orders received after 2:00 PM (EST) on Friday, will be processed for dispatch on the following Monday. Any order placed after 2PM, will get pushed to Tuesday shipping.
- We ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico. However, please note that free shipping is only applicable to the contiguous United States.
- We do ship to PO Boxes however do not offer expedited shipping to them
- We do ship to APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses. Please note that due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.
- We are unable to ship to multiple addresses for one order
We do offer worldwide international shipping. In addition to the shipping fees, please note that the consumer may be responsible for additional duties or fees associated with international shipping. We do not collect these fees at time of purchase.
Please be aware that many shipping carriers are experiencing delays due to Covid-19 safe-guard measures. As a result, shipments may be delayed once in transit.
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the email. To track an order on ionskincare.com, visit your Account Information page. You will need to sign in to access your account information.
i-On offers Route Insurance which covers your order 100% if your shipment is lost, stolen or damaged. You can choose to add it to your order at checkout.
For customers who have not opted into the Route Insurance and have received a damaged shipment, please save the box and unopened merchandise and notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will arrange for a pick-up and inspect the damaged package. The items will then be replaced.
If your package is missing, please take all measures to look for it: look around your property, check with other housemates, check mail rooms, etc. Sometimes carriers are not as diligent with door-to-door service as we would like them to be!
If the package is still not found, we will start a trace and take all required follow-up steps. This process takes approximately 2-3 business days.
i-On Skincare seeks to highly satisfy our customers and if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please send an email to email@example.com 30 days from receipt of your purchase, and we will provide a return authorization and mailing information. Simply return the unused portion, and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of your purchase, minus shipping.

Please Note: All purchases made via Tapjoy and/or through mobile gaming are final.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.Route Insurance

Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. You can choose to add it to your order at checkout.
